Role

O2DCA is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for collaborating with a talented team to develop and maintain software applications across the entire development stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with a team of web developers to produce high-quality software solutions
• Building & maintaining client websites, CRMs, applications, & custom software solutions
• Designing & developing scalable, reliable, and efficient software applications using PHP and other technologies
• Utilizing HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and Apache, among other languages
• Ensuring that software solutions meet industry standards and are compatible with different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Investigating and resolving technical issues and defects in software solutions
• Developing within a Linux Environment and on the Command Line
• Work closely and collaboratively with a team of skilled developers and project managers to plan, develop, and release work across digital platforms

Serious Candidates Should Possess

• Knowledge of today's development standards
• Analysis of website structures and existing code for improvements
• Participation and contribution in Team Meetings
• Comfortability working in an Agile framework and communicating with a team
• Ability to develop in an OOP style
• Time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to continuously learn and maintain consistent up-to-date industry knowledge
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant field experience
• At least 3 years of experience in PHP development
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
• Experience with MySQL and database design
• Extensive experience with GIT
• Experience with developing WordPress Plugins
• Extensive experience in developing APIs using various protocols and frameworks is a must for this position
• Familiarity with database design and modeling concepts

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
